I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was spotless and comfortable, with good WiFi. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful area of Stanhope and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The floors in the room were extremely creaky, making it difficult to move around without making noise. we found the lack of a mirror in the bathroom to be quite inconvenient.

had another great stay in stan hope, exceeded my expectations. clean and well-decorated house with all the comforts of home, including nice touches upon arrival. friendly hosts and easy check-in process. central location with shops and walks nearby. will definitely be back to stay again!

Terrace: The terrace at this hotel was like a hidden oasis, a little slice of paradise where I could sip my morning coffee and feel like I was on a tropical island. It was the perfect spot to start my day, soaking in the peaceful ambiance and planning my adventures ahead.

We had a fantastic stay at Home From Home in the lovely area of Stanhope. the communication with the hosts was excellent, making the self check-in process easy and convenient. the property was spotless and you can tell that the hosts take great pride in maintaining it. the beds were extremely comfortable and the WiFi worked perfectly. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. the location was central, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful area of Stanhope and the rest of Weardale. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay to fully enjoy the surroundings.

The location was perfect for our cycling and walking adventures, with amazing routes right from Stanhope. The countryside was breathtakingly beautiful and we also enjoyed the local amenities including a fantastic bakery with huge scones. We could easily explore further afield if we wanted to. we highly recommend this beautiful area and the lovely home we stayed in. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
